Full Day Tayma from AlUla
Visit Tayma and Explore The oldest human settlement of Saudi Arabia History
From AlUla, we start our journey heading to the historical Tayma, which is nearly 2 hours drive (180km) where we do visits to “Bir Haddaj” the biggest water well in Arabia, followed by a stop at the Al Ridham Palace “The Stone Palace” and then getting to the Al Hamra Palace, we then move on to see one of the most ancient remains of Tayma which is the “Wall of Tayma” that used to be the boundaries of this Oasis and its fortified concept for the protection of the people of Tayma in the ancient times, we will have a stop for lunch at a traditional venue built to commemorates the past of Tayma, from there we visit “Qasr Al Romman” which is the palace of a family by the same name “Al Romman” who used to be the rulers of Tayma prior to the unification of the Saudi Kingdom, we end our tour in Tayma by the visit of “Al Fajr Museum” which also belongs to a family; It is a collection of folklore, old household items and coins, which were collected by the owner of the museum and donated by the people of the Tayma area.
