ENTRANCE POLICY
1. Your booking time and slots are fixed.
2. Late arrival will result in being denied entry and you will need to purchase a new ticket.
3. Please arrive at Winter Park one hour before your booking time to allow time for entrance formalities.
4. Buses from Winter Park will depart to Hegra 40 minutes before your booked time.
5. You will be dropped off at the Hegra welcome centre for a briefing. After the briefing is completed, you can start your tour by taking the air-conditioned luxury coach.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Arrive at the Winter Park - if driving park your car free of charge at the designated area near the entrance - our staff will guide you to the meeting point to join the shuttle bus to the Hegra heritage site.
2. Parking is not permitted at any of the heritage sites.
3. Please arrive 40 minutes prior to your tour start time for Hegra Tour and 30 minutes for Dadan and Jabal Ikmah Tour to allow time for transportation.
4. Late arrival to Winter Park may result in missing your shuttle bus ride and your tour.
Date and tour time changes requests will not be accepted or processed on the tour day.
5. Heritage sites are non-smoking except in the designated smoking area
TOUR DEPARTURE TIME: Our tour slots have varying timings. Our operation team will confirm the slot timing one day before the tour date. Alternatively, you can email us at grayline@kurbantours.com for more information.
DURATION: approximately 2 hours
LANGUAGES: Live driver-guide in English or Arabic
CANCELLATION POLICY: We will gladly refund the ticket price of cancelled experiences up to 5 days before the scheduled tours. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund credit card fees. Experiences cancelled within 2–3 days before your tour may be rebooked if timeslots are available but are not eligible for a refund. We are unable to refund or rebook experiences cancelled on the day of scheduled tours.
